Schmidt Contracting is a proud installer of Carlisle single-ply roof systems, which include EPDM rubber roofing and TPO welded systems. We started with hot asphalt built-up systems in 1948 and began offering Carlisle Syntec in 1978. We are the oldest Carlisle dealer in the State of Indiana and have installed and warranted 3.5 Million Square Feet of Roofing. We are a Centurion applicator and a member of Carlisle’s Hall of Fame; these two awards are based on job inspections after completion. Our crew strives very hard to ensure that your rubber roof receives a “PERFECT 10”, which means no defects in the application and the flashing details as designed by Carlisle Syntec.
